Digital Video & Display
A four-platform digital campaign across YouTube, connected TV, TikTok, and programmatic display, geo-targeted to ZIP codes surrounding every theater in the footprint. Video runs in :15 and :30 cuts across 16x9 and 9x16, with fourteen display sizes supporting contextual and retargeting placements.
Campaign Status: All creative delivered and trafficked. Launches Monday, August 10.
Terrestrial Radio
Sixteen stations across eight owner groups, spanning the tornado corridor and the largest markets in the footprint. Thirteen commercial stations run the approved :30 in two versions — Tag A carries "In theaters Friday" through August 20, and Tag B swaps to "Now playing" on opening day. The three public radio stations run underwriting copy written to each station's standards.
Campaign Status: Copy released to all thirteen commercial stations. Spots in production. Flight runs August 17–23.
Podcast
A targeted podcast buy across the iHeart Audience Network, built around four psychographic segments selected for alignment with the film's audience — Backer, Intrepid, Explorer, and Legend — each carrying an equal share of delivery. Targeting is ZIP-level against the theater footprint.
Campaign Status: Signed and scheduled. Audio due August 14. Flight runs August 17–30.
Streaming Audio
A Spotify campaign targeting adults 18–54 across 74 ZIP codes drawn from the theater footprint, pairing a :30 audio spot with 1000×1000 companion art. A single creative runs the full flight, carrying the tagline through opening and beyond.
Campaign Status: Approved and in production. Flight runs August 17–30.

Eighty large-format placements at 27″ × 40″ across Manhattan and Chicago — forty locations in each market — concentrated in culturally active corridors. Installation begins August 13, live across both markets by August 17, with the Manhattan buy refreshed for premiere weekend.

Digital Bulletins
Nine digital bulletins across seven markets in the tornado corridor, positioned on the highest-traffic approaches to theaters in each market. Every unit runs the full flight in an eight-slot rotation, delivering 3,901,866 impressions over the two weeks. Placement is built to catch drivers on the way to the theater rather than after they arrive.
Campaign Status: Secured and scheduled. Artwork delivered to the plant. Flight runs August 17–30.
Creator Activation
Two weather creators attending the New York premiere on August 21, producing three posts across their own channels — one ahead of opening, one from the premiere itself, and one from the second creator's accounts. The activation puts the film in front of established storm-chasing audiences in the voice they already trust.
Campaign Status: Approved. Travel coordination underway. Posts run around premiere weekend.
